Hey, all you pop-psychies out there!
I've been having the same dreams (well theme) for a long time now. I finally comitted wrote it down so I could remeber it.
I now researh has been done about the meanings of dreams, so I'd see if any of you know what it could be.
Last night, I dreamed I was being chased, well hunted down. I was aboard a starship/star base, orbitind mall; something really big in space. Well, some people were trying to track me down & take something I had (or info I possessed). Lots of running around, chasing through corridors then I finally lose them by going running down the escalator into the electronics department.
There I meat up with my contact, Ambassaodr J'kar from Babylon 5. He talks about having the last space-ship of his people. Which I tell him of cousre he does, as the ship wouldn't even exist if I hadn't used a Time-Dilation to steal if for him in the first place.
That's sort of where the dream ends.
The main idea, of a chase scene seems to be the only dreams I've been having over a year now. Along Freways, in cities, skyscapers, etc. Seems I'm being chased by someone.
This ain't like Resident Evil/Jason type of "Running from Doom" dreams. It's more like Smokey & the Bandit/Blues Brothers comedic chase scenarios. Never in real danger, just a lot of running away & hiding.
I figure my subconcious is trying to tell me something at this point.
Plus, I keep waking up really tired as I dreamed I spent the whole night running.
Actually, I do have one other dream. I dream I'm suffering from Insomnia (which I do suffer from) & can't get to sleep. Eventually, I realize (in the dream), that I'm Dreaming that I can't get to sleep, but that I'm really asleep so that If I wake up I won't be thinking I can't get to sleep anymore. That's when I wake up, realize it's 2 in the morning & then can't get back to sleep. Sometimes the waking up is STILL a dream, and I eventually realize & THEN wake myself up. Sometimes, this, too, is a dream. Once, I 'woke' up over 15 times before actually waking up. It sucks.
