Necromancer Games has a bunch of mini-campaigns that could work for you. They are all pretty generic and can be dropped into any campaign setting with minimal work.
Aside from the aforementioned Lost City of Barakus, there is Nate Paul's Grey Citadel (and it's follow up the Eamonvale Incusrion due out later this year), The Hawkmoon modules from Lance Hawvermale (Bonegarden, Lamentation of Thieves etc.), The Vault of Larin Karr, Ari's Doom of Listonshire, Ryan Henry's Coils of Set, The Judges Guild product Caverns of Thracia, and others (well I should plug my own Shades of gray among these as well). All of these can take characters through a pretty good span of levels. YOu can also connect the Necro classics (Wizard's Amulaet (free downlaod) Crucible of Freya, and Tomb of Abysthor or Rapan Athuk into a mini campaign as well.
The Goodman DCC's can be meshed into an adventure path fairly well too, and the Boxed set suggests a few of these aP's, plus they are releasing a box with a set of the mods that do that very thing soon.
The Dungeon AP's are good as well, but side from Shackled City which is collected in HC might require some effort to track down all the issues if you don't already subscribe or get the issues on a regular basis.
There's also the original WotC adventure path starting with Sunless Citadel if you wanted to. Red Hand of Doom as others have said is excellent. Shatterd Gates of Slaughterdale has some potential as well, but pales next to Red Hand from WotC and next to some of the options mentioned above.
All of these are pretty plug and play and can be dropped into a homebrew with little effort, but will provide several months of adventuring (asuming you are laying once a week or so and not everyday
