Page 3 and no one mentioned WW games yet. WoD/CoD. Pick game line, buy core book, you're set. Everything is there in that one book. Supplements are there, but they aren't needed.
 



Triangle Academy, possibly. It lacks the versatility of more main stream systems, but man do I love the presentation and the writing and everything.
 

And I don't have personal experience running it yet, but all available evidence says that Mothership works fine with just the 64-page (free!) Players Survival Guide.
Nice pull. Yeah I think that's a good one — the adventures add the structure and ideas, but usually not anything mechanically.

I'd say Troika but I feel that's cheating.
