What were the last books you bought?

Let's see, the last several gaming books I purchased were:
Monster Manual II about a month ago. Nice book, works great for my 3e game.

Arcana Unearthed sometime last year. Monte Cook has some great ideas, and I am using them in a game I am running now.

Limited Edition Book of Unusual Treasure by Phillip J. Reed. I got this some time ago, can't say when. It's only available from Warehouse 23, and this book is fantastic. All sorts of fun, interesting, and USABLE stuff for just about any fantasy game. If you can still get it, I suggest doing so.

As you can see, I do not buy a lot of books, but I get good milage out of those I do buy.

On BFG's nightstand:

TOH2:
I think I like this book better than ToH! I have already used a couple of the undead & templates for recent encounters. A quality monster book, up there in 3rd party utility with CC1 & CC2. I will certainly be using it more than "Legacy of the Dragons", another recent monster book purchase.

COMPLETE DIVINE:
Hmm. So far I am less impressed with this book than I was with Complete Warrior. The Greyhawk God details might have something to do with that, and not more than one or two PrC's jumped out at me and said "cool".

EDGE OF INFINITY:
Most of the Planes as presented seem to be watered down ( more PC friendly ) versions of the great wheel cosmology planes. The Zodiac planes on the other hand are very original, and present some really unique roleplaying possibilities.

BONEGARDEN:
A different idea for an adventure book. Encounters are detailed, but overall plot and continuity are largely left open for DM - I like that. Plus there is a lot of online support for this book in the form of web-enhancements. I'm planning on using this in about 3 months when my party is at the appropriate level.

NOCTURNALS:
Also a really different book. If you took out ALL the "crunch" ( Game stats for PC'& NPC's mostly), this book would still be 145 pages. GREAT artwork. A luxury book if you play M&M. An essential if you are a fan of the comic.

Looking forward to getting in the next few months:

IKCG - For those who know what this is - Rumor is that it has finished it's layout stage and is headed to the printers! ( I'm not holding my breath, however )

Thieves quarter - like MM says, beautiful maps! I just didn't have the coin to bring this home with my last time.

Fields of Blood - I have been holding out for a second printing, but haven't seen one yet.

Midnight's Sorcery and Shadow - Love this setting!

Eberron - Yes, I'll be buying it!

Core D&D 3.5 books last summer...

Decipher LOTR core book last october...

Decipher LOTR monster book last november...

Grim Tales last friday; ordered from the EN world store with normal shipping, and got it monday! This book is perfect for my campaign, and the only real houserules I've added are my VP/WP system, and giving everybody an extra 2 skillpoints per level. A lot better than having 20+ pages of re-built UA variants.

So, you can see that I'm not exactly a high-volume buyer.

I ordered "Fantastic Fortresses" and "Thieves' Quarter" this week, but haven't received them yet.

Last book I bought and I am currently reading is "Gateway to Destiny" supplement for Traveller d20. I'm very happy with it so far. It has lots of good hooks and plot ideas, and tons of background information.

- Thieves' Quarter, from GRR/Game Mechanics - Excellent! I bought it to cherry pick for the city of Selgaunt in my campaign, and it's full of nice portable ideas. The maps rock, too. :)

- The Atlas of the Forgotten Realms, from TSR (OOP) - I'm not sure what happened to my old copy, but I was thrilled to find this at my FLGS for $8. It's an absolutely amazing book, and still quite useful even after years of changes to the Realms.

- Moonshae, also TSR (and OOP) - One of the few old FR supplements I've never read. Thus far, I still haven't read it. ;)

Before that, I think it was...

- Races of Renown: Aasimar & Tiefling, GRR - Pretty good overall, with some neat PrCs and a cool system for creating your own planetouched races.

This thread makes me remember how far behind I am on D&D stuff (XPH, BoED, Draconomicon, Complete Divine...ouch!).
