Twig Blights, Needle Blights, or Vine Blights - suitably re-skinned (because anything made of wood will not survive long around more-powerful creatures that sling around fire). Call it / them "the guard devil".
Edit one attack power to Restrain the target and look like a ball-and-chain if it hits.
