A painter named Heironymus Bosch painted a very freaky painting in the 15th century called "The Garden of Earthly Delights." It is basically showing lust on earth, then its eternal punishment in the eyes of the painter. Look the painting up, and you will most definetly get some ideas. It seems to fit perfectly with what you are looking for. It is rather disturbing though...
