What would the affect of this be? And some Questions

Paladin becomes a prestige class for Good churches. I would probably use the one from UA.
Blackguards would be a prestige class for Evil Churches.
I would like a Prestige Class for Neutral Churches. Any Suggestions

The Cleric is now considered the basic holy warrior for the church.

I would like a new base class to fufill a Divine Caster but less focused on the combat aspect. Basically a Divine Wizard type character. Any suggestions?

Cloistered Cleric?

Just call them Priests (or perhaps Priestesses, depending). And. done.

A morally ambiguous/noncommittal Blackguardesque prestige class, eh? Er. . . I'll have to think on that one.

Ya the neutral gods might not get a paladin/blackguard prestige class due to good/evil being the "extreme" points of the alignment spectrum.
