This reminds me of a guy who went into a major TV networks party and bluffed that he was the son of a rich and well known businessman. He was drinking and chatting away with all these famous TV stars. After that he took some of them on a rented jet to another party in another city. (He put it on his bill of course... no money in fact)
Naturally some days later the police got him on charges of fraud and debts on the rented plane. So he was sent to a state prison. Some months later a major criminal organization organizes a state wide prison revolt. Dozens of jails had simultaneous rebellions. Soon after the TV news announce that negotiations with the rebel inmates is going well due to a particularly helpful Leader of the rebellious....
Well to the dismay of the reporters... soon after TV viewers recognized the so called "leader" of the criminal organization and negotiator as none other than the Charlatan of the TV party. This chubby guy convinced hardened criminals that he was the high ranking representative of the bloody PCC gang, many of them being de facto members of the PCC. They all followed his orders during the standoff with the police !! That is what I call a good bluff...
Naturally he was given some special protection after the rebellion was over... since the PCC gang was none to happy about his meddling.
