What would you like to play?

I've been thinking about starting a D&D 3.5e game here on ENWorld in the coming months to fill the time to the release of 4e, or just because I feel like it!

I've been watching the games that come up for recruiting, but I was curious to know what game you'd like to play in. I realise this is a broad question, but if we consider the new adventures for 3.5e (Paizo GameMastery, Green Ronin Bleeding Edge, DCC from Goodman Games, etc.) and the classics of 3.5e, then what would you most like to play in if you had the chance. Right here, right now, off the top of your head, what would you like to play? Something you've always wanted to play but never got the chance or something that's recent and you're dying to start playing. Could be a 3.5e adventure, could be something like Against the Giants converted to 3.5e, could be anything?

Just trying to see what people are keen on playing. For me the GameMastery series looks interesting, some DCC adventures (Castle Whiterock is very good, but probably too long) and even the adventure paths like War of the Burning Sky.

If it were me, then it would be something akin to Castle Whiterock - an old-school style multi-level, multi-regional dungeon with different factions. Just because it's something I've never tried either as a DM or player. Or maybe Age of Worms - similar sort of thing. Some of the DCC adventures sound fun too.

So, old-school feel, with new-school flavouring.

Just once I'd love to play a higher level campaign. Any kind of setting, just a higher level campaign lol.

Castle Whiterock, World's Largest Dungeon, Rappan Athuk Reloaded. I'm a little bit in the mood for a hack and slash dungeon crawl at the moment and these are the big 3.5 names I have not done.

I'm just finishing a two year PbP adventure through Goodman Games' Crypt of the Devil Lich. It was pretty decent, although next time I'll play it with the pregens rather than have players make their own characters. It's almost too easy that way. That's 15th level and fairly old school, so a possibility.

I'll try and put a list in the first post of games that people might be interested in.

I'd second Lorth and Voadam. Some good old fashioned kick down the doors, kill the monsters, loot the bodies could be fun.

... But really, I third Lorth's motion. I'd like to get into an old-school, rags to riches campaign.

That's the style I'd be interested in (rags to riches), rather than insta-kill, solve a word-puzzle Tomb of Horrors style stuff.

Any recommendations on a rags-to-riches adventure/campaign? Adventure path? Strung together series of modules?

I'll admit I don't know many modules, but I like the idea of an overarching adventure path that'll take us from low-level up to high.
