What would you price these magic items at?

Huh?

I thought that rings of wizardry only doubled your spells for a specific spell level. Your statement seems to indicate that you think that they double the number of spells you can cast at all levels.

Nope, that's not what I was saying

Pinotage suggested cutting the price in half from 20k to 10k, but I'm asking if it would still be cheaper than 10k since it only granted you 2 more spell slots for 1st lvl spells instead of granting double or half of your 1st lvl spells.

*I forgot, we priced it at 4k for just giving it 2 spell slots without requiring an item slot*

Thanks for all the help so far guys. I've gotten several items priced thanks to you. Here's the only ones I don't have finalized yet:

Ioun Stone: Brass Lozenge (Volume 2) Grants 2d4+2 HP once a day on command. Has 2d10 charges.
If this works by having a charged Wondrous Item with Aid cast on it...4500 gp for 50 charges, what would the caster level be for a 4500gp stone? Just trying to figure out how many HP it actually grants.

Robe of Rock (Volume 3) Wearer can turn into a statue as if flesh to stone were cast on him except he can turn back to flesh form at will. Cloak provides immunity to petrification.
Yeah, this could work as the Statue spell as mentioned before. What would that price this robe at?

Skull of Singing (Volume 3) Skull sings and causes fear (not sure what radius is, any will work)
Weapon Rings One ring is worn on a finger, another ring is worn around the handle grip of a weapon. The weapon wearing the ring will appear in the hand wearing the other ring when commanded.
Boots of Varied Tracks Wearer can create tracks of any large or smaller creature.
No one has given any suggestions for these 3. I can't find anything similiar to them either.

Dart of Throwing +3 If dart hits the target, it reappears in the throwers hand. If it misses, the dart loses it's powers and becomes a normal non magical dart.
I hope I understood Azmodean; so 8000gp for this item? Maybe I priced it wrong because I'm not sure if I understand how adding +1 bonus works.

Ah, my mistake in interpreting the phrase "what you can cast."

It's because of all the rules in 3.5 & how detailed they are! Me & my group make that mistake all the time because you have to be so dang precise on what terminology you use.

Remember that a Wizard only ever gets 4 1st level spells to cast before bonus spells. So a Ring of Wizardry I doubles this to 8, netting 4 extra spells. What you're suggesting is exactly half that, hence why I suggested cutting the price in half. 10000 gp sounds reasonable to me.

With regards to the Aid - 4500 gp for 50 charges is 3rd Caster Level for a 2nd level spell. So it grants 1d8+3, in addition to the +1 morale bonus on attacks and saves vs Fear.

The Robe of Rock is going to be very expensive. Statue is a 7th Level Spell - being able to perform a 7th level spell at will is beyond what I think you're thinking of. 100000 gp would be cheap.

I've seen Boots that allow continues Pass without Trace. They cost 6000 gp, so that's a ballpark for what you're looking for.

The price for a +3 dart of returning is 32,000gp + 300.5gp for the masterwork dart. Azmodean suggested dividing this price by 25 for a +3 dart of returning that is destroyed when it misses. This would work out to around 1,280gp per dart.
