What would you want your DM screen to have?

I'm starting to wonder if my next DM screen should be a spiralbound heavy cardstock with a dozen-odd pages. I don't roll dice anyway so I don't need to hide anything.

My DM screen also has status effects and what they actually do. Stuff like sickened, shaken, blinded, etc.

Here are things I look up all the time:

Examples of difficulty DCs
Knowledge checks (e.g. Knowledge Religion is for what?)
Cleric turning
Hardness
Conditions
Size modifiers for AC and weapons
Cover

I like the magic school idea. Grapple would be nice if it was small, but I suspect that would be a big portion of the chart. Once I learned by inserting several grappling encounters into an adventure I feel I don't need to refer to the book anymore.
