There is always the classic Horror on the Orient Express.

For a shorter D&D one along a similar theme there is the Eberron Nightmare on the Mournland Express.

Hell Train is a short Dungeon Crawl Classics adventure for Weird Frontiers. I am sure there are a bunch of Deadlands ones as well.

Also for straight Westerns there is Aces & Eights Trouble on the Sequoyah Star.

I've done the same with a thread titled something like "into the borderlands" I kept thinking it might be about a ttrpg version of the borderlands video game series.
