Nightwish - Once

Is this the metal band from Sweden or something? If it's the same band I'm thinking of, yeah, they are sick.

Lots of good (and very heavy) bands from Sweden for some reason: Soilwork, The Haunted, Blindside.

You got that right. Since I started listening to Buffett regularly, I've felt much more laid back. Though, I've never been looking for a shaker of salt while I'm wasted away in Margaritaville.

Last night the kitchen was a wreck and I was a bit grumpy about it. I popped in Changes in Lattitudes, Changes in Attitudes and in moments I was dancing and singing in the kitchen as I put away dishes and loaded the dishwasher. It really does transform my mood.

I'm not harshing anybody's taste in music but I guess I'm just not cut out for the typical "gamer music". Sometimes I feel like an "Easy Listenin' Guy" in a "Heavy Metal World". ;)

I like a whole variety. From Phil Collins to Motley Crue. And with some Weird Al thrown into the mix... :)

My last several songs in iTunes are:

Need Your Loving Tonight - Queen
The Wrong Company - Flogging Molly
Dreams - The Cranberries
Jessie's Girl - Rick Springfield
One Day I'll Fly Away - Nicole Kidman (from Moulin Rouge)
The Scientist - Coldplay
Believe - Cher
You Give Love a Bad Name - Bon Jovi

I'm another guy who likes a lot of different music, easy listening, heavy metal, classic rock, classical, and even one or two country songs.

This is what my media player app set up for me recently today. Mainly a nice pop and ex-pop playlist this time.

Kate Bush - Experiment IV (12" mix)
Midnight Oil - The Dead Heart (live, 1993 acoustic version)
Ani DiFranco - Rush Hour
King Crimson - Three of a Perfect Pair (live, from Heavy ConstruKction)
Cocteau Twins - Blue Bell Knoll
U2 - Bullet the Blue Sky
Free - Heartbreaker
Bjork - Army of Me
INXS - Soul Mistake
David Bowie - We are Hungry Men
A Perfect Circle - Pet
Crowded House - Now We're Getting Somewhere
Juliette Lewis - Hardly Wait
Jeff Buckley - Dream Brother
George - Spawn
.....
.....
.....

and stuff.

edit --- er, I suppose I'd better contextualise. So yeah, if it's not pop or old pop, it's usually metal, classical or folk. Usually. :uhoh:
