What's in the next Polyhedron?

Man alive I wish it was the 80s Ninja game. I think I might want to write that one as a "going away present," should I ever decide to leave my job and go do something else. Or, you know, maybe I'll have someone else do it. I really want it to happen, though.

Don't be surprised to see Dark Matter one of these days. Nothing concrete has happened on that front, yet, but let's just say I'm working on it.

As I announced at Gen Con, the next Polyhedron Mini-Game will be MECHA CRUSADE, 50-or-so pages of animated robot armor goodness. I'm still editing it, so I don't want to give out too much information, but let's just say that the game accommodates mecha of Large to Gargantuan sizes. You can make your armor transform. You can join up into one huge robot ("And I'll form the head!").

Good fun will be had by all, and hopefully all the fighting will be finished in time for the pilots to make it to 5th period math class.

See you in the skies!

Jumpin' Catfish!!!!

Now THIS is USABLE d20 material!! (Sorry, Thunderball Rally didn't do it for me).

I'm glad it'll continue using the sizes already established by D&D, so the possibility for crossover is even more possible.

Once d20 Modern is out, I'm going to put my D&D players through the wringer with a multi-genre adventure... They'll never be the same again. <grin>

I can't WAIT for the next issue of Poly now!!

I weep for joy at this news.

I am all a-quiver with delight and anticipation. How well can I mesh this stuff with other well-known D20 products?

Aww. I was hoping for something along the line of Kikaida/Kikaiderman genre. :(

Nah, it's cool. So who wrote the Mecha Crusade piece?

ok so rules for transformable machines? What about weapons? Rules for creation of said devices? Piloting checks? Skills? Feats? Is this a typical poly 'setting'?

you can't just leave us with just that erik!!!
