um.. Games Workshop store.. or a Minatures store. That's for the Green Stuff. A minature store that sells Reaper Minatures for premade armatures... or make your own with wire (see the link http://www.lyonstudio.com/ for how to do that)
and a art store for sculpting tools.. you will find the tools that work for you.
