Lets see just about everyone has "boots of I move faster" of some sort.

These also have become pretty much Standard items IMC: Cloak of Resistance, Amulet of NA, Ring of Prot.

Stat booster- especially for casters.

Currently in Living Greyhawk you're naked if you don't have a Wand of CLW.

Also Pearls of Power (1st). They are just sooooo yummy and cost-effective. I have 6 and know at least one wizard who has 11.
