Damn, that is pretty bad. Her mouth is hanging open retardedly, and she looks like she plucks her eyebrows. Hell, I think the fact that she even has eyebrows is off-model.

I don't think she looks all that different from the female githyanki that was pictured in the 3.0 Planar Handbook or the 3.5 Monster Manual.

Yeah, but while the old one was clearly also supposed to be sexy, they actually did a decent job of it. The 4e one just looks friggin vapid.

While I admit that makeup is very important in modeling for photography or film, if you met her in person I think it would just be too much.
