What's wrong with me?

How's your diet? It could be a simple vitamin deficiency. Try taking a multi-vitamin.

This is just general good advice. I take one and while I wasn't sick or anything before I did notice a differnece in feeling better once I started to take one.

I had some very similar symptoms a couple of weeks ago and actually missed two days of work. I was never congested, but I did keep getting a sore throat at night, and would also feel most fatigued in the evening. I think it's just a different variety of cold virus. It went away faster than most colds, thankfully.

I do take one of these, almost everyday. Since I have started feeling wierd, I've upped my dosage of Vitamin C.

I've talked to some of my colleagues about it, and several of them have said it's probably allergies. Many of them are or have gotten sick around this time of year do to something in the wonderful SC air.

I'm taking the 'see a doctor' advice to heart, however. I just got insurance, so I have to figure out which doctor I can go to and all that, but I'm going to make an appointment ASAP.

Good man! It's nice to see you're taking to being an "old fart" fairly quickly. :p Take it from us who've been there a little bit longer, though. :heh:

I would . . . advise you to see a professional rather than soliciting random forumgoers for medical advice. :D

Hope you get better soon!

But we're men! We don't just hare off to the doctor at the slightest paper cut or limb loss. We have to work ourselves up to it. We talk to other men and see if they say, "Bah, just rub some dirt on it and get back to work!" or "That sounds serious. You should go to a doctor."

If we want to continue to have shorter lifespans than women then we have to work at it! ;)

Ever seen the opening scene to Johnny Be Good? :D

If not, I can't post it here because it's non-EG friendly. But it's one of my favorite movie lines.
