And incidentally, IANADNDIPOOTV, but if you ever DO break your...uh..."male member", I am not entirely sure that "rubbing some dirt on it and getting back in there" is an accepted medical practice.

Update: Still feel like crap. Going to doctor this afternoon. Not rubbing dirt on anything, especially "man parts".

Update:

Just got back from the doctor. The doctor's name was. . . wait for it. . . Dr. Sick. No kidding. I wanted to say something, but I still felt like crap and I am sure he has heard the jokes and questions a million times before. He was really nice.

After the examination, he said it was probably a virus of some sort. My lungs sounded okay. I'm guessing my BP was normal as well or else he would have said something. They did take some blood to test for mono and a few other things. He said he'd call if that turned up anything weird.

I'm going to rest this weekend; I brought a few papers home to grade, but otherwise I'm taking it as easy as I can. Mrs. nakia's parents are in town this weekend, but I should be able to get some rest. In fact, I think I may nap soon.

Thanks for everyone's advice and concern. I'll keep you posted if anything changes. Otherwise, no news is good news.
