D&D 5E (2024) When are we getting announcements for 2026 books?

I remember them using comparisons to Mad Max back when Dark Sun came out. I still think it's a good way to describe Dark Sun, even with the other Mad Max movies like Fury Road and Furiosa, that have come out after long after Beyond the Thunderdome was released.

As I mentioned above I alreay went there and did not see anything contrary to what I am saying, nor anything agreeing with what you are saying.

You seem to me to have a very strange idea on what "proof" of something is and isn't.

Your "Lack of gods makes the world suck" theory is simply an interesting thought exercise. I wouldn't disagree with you if you said that it was something that one could infer (if they were inclined to).

But that's not what you said. You continue to insist that it is the #1, Undusputed, top theme of Dark Sun, and you seem to think that everyone knows it, agrees with it, and can't have Dark Sun without it.

And we are telling you here - you are wrong about that.

You are also wrong with your idea that if they make a Dark Sun book, and some people decry it as "Not Darksun" that anything at all has been proven. That will happen NO MATTER WHAT any DS book contains. It could literally contain anything, even a 100% unchanged reprint of the original, and someone will loudly claim that it is "Not Darksun".

I think the game setting does say that and DND shorts mentioned it in his recent evaluation on the setting as well, so while it is my opinion, it is not only my opinion.
I would like to know where the game setting states this.

Because I have gone through the original box set and cant find it anywhere.
In all seriousness, I would like to read it and understand your view.

That was a reply to a quote, I think you read it out of context.

Yep, with the strikethrough above, that is exactly right and consistent with my opinion of the setting.
