When were you introduced to

So, what year were you introduced to the big following things:

D&D 77 - Basic with B1.
Star Wars - '77 - saw it in the first few weeks of released
Earthsea - I've never read them, I mostly know about them from my wife in the late 80s.
H.Potter - I knew about it from first book, but didn't start reading until 3rd book was first out in hard cover.
M:tG - 1998 - I knew of the game, but that is when I started playing.
Marvel/DC - in the mid late 70s - I was collecting comics, mostly DC, but a few Marvel titles (Avengers, Cap, Thor).
