Fiend Folio for the awesome Kaorti and Ethergaunts, and Libris Mortis for all your Undead needs.

BoVD gets some use as well, although most of the time it's the good old MM.

Setting specific sources, monsters of Faerun (not counter previously because I don't run the realms), Dragon, The Book of Fiends, and a hell of a lot of Homebrew

Oh my goodness, and I almost let a game day pass without saying thanks. Thanks, Mark, the critter rocks. :) And from what I've seen, so does the rest of that Avadnu book. I really should get in on your end of the game someday. You get to play with the really good stuff. ;p

I use a few critters out of Creature Collection I & II, as well as from sources like Nyambe, Skull & Bones, and Hollowfaust, but most of the "extra creatures" are setting-specific homebrews and/or NPCs.

Since I'm running an FR campaign, most of our non-MM monsters come from Monsters of Faerun.

And when I get a chance to run Warcraft sessions, I use monsters from the Manual of Monsters.
