Where can i find Alu-demon info?

Are the stats etc in any current books? All ive found is a bit of info on the net and in a 1st ed Monster Manuel.

Alu-demons have been updated for 3E in the Tome of Horrors by Necromancer Games. Definitely worth a look- especially if you are looking for lots of old 1E and 2E monsters.

there is a write up for the cambion (male half-demon) and the alu-demon (female half-feind) int he ToH... but there's a half-fiend template in the MM as well...

I think you're better off using the Half-Fiend Template in 3ed's Monster Manual. It better captures the fact that it's not a race so much as an amalgamation of two races. If you're concerned about power levels, you could always go with the Tiefling instead, also in the MM.

While the Alu-Fiend and Cambions are nice to see for nostalgic reasons (well, I don't care for their representation in ToH), I've never cared for the limited degree of customization.
