In the D&D milieu both of these monsters are Chaotic, so they steal supplies or take them as they find them. Commonly from creatures they killed for them.

Where do giants get their weapons, armor, and other equipment?

It depends upon the type of Giant, but they typically make them if Lawful or take them if not.

Where do demons/devils/devas/angels get their weapons, armor, and other equipment?

Ditto Giants above.
