Where is vermin Wild Shape??

I know that somewhere there's a feat that lets a druid change shape into creatures of the vermin type, but where the crap is the elusive thing? I've been through most of my books, but a good chunk of my collection is with a friend right now. Can someone help me out?

Hmm there is a "Vermin Shape" feat in the Eberron CS, available to the "Child of Winter" druidic subsect

Prerequisites : level 5 druid, non-good, Child of Winter
Allows change into small and medium vermin later, also tiny, large etc.


Other possible source : "Witches Handbook" (Green Ronin ) "Swarm Shape"
Prerequisites : ability to wildshape
Lets the character turn himself/herself into a swarm of tiny insects (no real fighting power and can get tricky if only a few manage to survive)
