Where the heck is the lifeward spell?

I mean, with all those heals and the dreaded mass heal spell, you'd think some necromancer, lich, or evil cleric would have created the undead's version of deathward by now.

I figure it would be exactly the same, only opposite.

I believe it's originally in Libris Mortis--it's in the Spell Compendium (p131) for sure.
