End of workday musing. Where will us 3.5 “grognards” go come May 2008?
As it is the only part of En World really “moving” anymore is the 4E section. I can’t complain as this is a ‘current edition’ website.
But I mean, for whatever reason I am imagining a messageboard/community where I can go and click on any thread knowing it’s about my edition, 3.X. I’m not interested in hunting down the occasional “3E” thread which will no doubt become a topic here down the left of the screen.
I certainly don’t want to go to a community where my only contribution to threads is to pop in to say “My hat of 4e know no limits” or “3.5 is the only true game, all the rest are pale imitations” (I’m gonna catch hell for that).
I’ll certainly miss the En World community, but technically come May 2008 it won’t be my community anymore. Some of my favorite posters are already also at Necromancer and Paizo’s boards, Paizo may very well have a segmented area just for us.
Thoughts? Where will you go?
