where would you go?

Sigil -- it's the first place that came to mind. And hide in a corner afraid to move and hit an accidental portal, most likely.

Sharn would be awesome to visit, though I don't think I could get directions straight there. "Okay, you'll want to go down the street, take a left, go right at Tobias' Market, hang an up, go right at the park..."

Hyrule. Specifically, Hyrule from the 16-bit Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past, so I can go to the top of the mountain, look down from the bridge at all the places you can barely see through the clouds, write them down on a map, and go there and see what waits for me.

Those are my top three.

Well, lessee... Money? Clothes? What could I take with me that would make my life "there" comfortable if I stayed for a while. (Gosh, I seem to be fresh out of Gold Pieces!)

Assuming unlimited funds and the ability to actually communicate with the residents, someplace where I can get a new, younger body. Preferably one with Supa Abilikies!

Sigil, definitely. My tour would involve visits to the Civic Festhall and the Other Place, at least. Possibly also the Brothel of Slaking Intellectual Lusts.

Eris404, MirrorMask... There are no known portals in Sigil to Narnia, but as I recall, there's one in Faerûn, in the Weathercote Wood. Take me with you and I'll show where...

Oh, I'm so with you there... though I'd personally prefer the Great Sea, followed by a sailing trip to see what has changed in Holodrum. Not to mention seeing if Din is still as hot as she was back when the last Link did battle with Onox.
