Which all classes can "mark" that we know

Ok, so Fighter and Paladin can both mark.

Any others that we know of that have the "marking" ability?

I understand some folks find it a bit tedious but im wondering how many different "markers" there are in the game (class-wise)?

Rangers have Hunter's Quarry and Warlocks have Curses. Those can sort of be considered marks.

Also, anyone who multiclasses into Fighter or Paladin picks up their marks (w/ more limited use). Multiclassing into Ranger and Warlock picks up Quarry and Curse.

And don't forget that, in terms of keeping track of marks in combat, there are usually a few monsters on the board that have some variety of marking ability.

I think there's a cleric power (daily or encounter) that marks the enemy for one round.
I believe this was the multiclass talent the KotS half-elf borrowed form Paladin, actually...

There is a Melee Cleric paragon path we've seen that gives clerics a marking ability, though.

Marking (meaning you attack me or take a penalty/damage) is one of the defining characteristics of the defender role, so we'll probably only see it with defenders or paragon paths with defender traits.

No, 'Marked' is a specific condition in 4E - check the 'Save My Game' column on the official site for details. We've only seen Defenders and soldiers who can do it so far.

My question is this - I know you can only have 1 mark on a target at a time. But does the Hunter's Quarry count as a mark? How about the Warlock's Curse? Can you have all three on a single target at once?

No, Hunters Quarry and Warlock's Curse are not Marks.

Marks is a defined game term, and there might be abilities that might look similar (in the sense of: "Select a target for special benefit"), but they are not Marks.

With the information that is out now, they do not count as marks, and you can have all 3 on a single target. However, it's not always advantageous to do so.
