Legend
Hi all!
I was just looking through the various monster illustrations and was wondering if some artists are perhaps more suited to certain monster types than others?
Aberrations: Tom Baxa
Beasts: Richard Sardinha
Constructs: Wayne Reynolds
Deities (okay not quite a 'type' to themselves, but Glenn Angus deserved special mention for his work in D&Dg): Glenn Angus
Dragons: Todd Lockwood (though certainly Jeff Easley in the past)
Elementals: Brian Despain
Fey: Rebecca Guay
Humanoids: Sam Wood
Outsiders: Wayne Reynolds (again)
Undead: Brom (followed closely by about a half dozen other artists)
What do the rest of you think? Who should do which illustrations?
Also if you were outlining 4th Edition what about the idea of one artist working exclusively on each individual creature type?
