Which die do you use the most?

D6 for D&D with the d8 taking up a close second. Though in SWd20, get lots of d8 usage.

d4 - scythe-wielding fighter-type and magic missile for the mages/sorcerers

d6's are catching up, though, with the rogues & spellfire attacks with the pixie/warmage

I use a d10 the most... or to be correct, two of 'em!

A percentage is a) the most intuitive way of assessing the chance of something happening and b) capable of generating any die roll called for with a minimal amount of mental arithmetic.

In fact, for several years I only carried 2d10 and used nothing else when playing

Besides that, I would say the d10. I DM, so rolling percentiles for treasure generation, encounter generation, weather conditions, etc. is my most common use of the dice.
