Which hardcovers do you own/plan to own?

Which hardcover books do you own (or plan on owning)?

I'm wondering if Wizards of the Coast has done any of this sort of research and if not, why not? I mean, couldn't they do a poll like this and then look at the results for, say, the Player's Strategy Guide, and rethink their decision to pour resources into a project that will net less profit?
At a minimum, wotc has access to raw sales numbers. That alone gives them really really good insight into a lot of the rpg market.

Also, just because something like the Player's Strategy Guide won't sell as well as something like PHB3 doesn't mean that it is a bad investment. The PHB will cost a lot more in terms of class and power development. In addition, I'm betting that the largest cost involved in selling a book are the production costs. Hardcover, glossy pages, etc are not cheap. So the real goal is knowing the market well enough to just meet demand, but not overproduce.

I own or plan to own most of the items on the list. With the exception of the Dark Sun CS next summer the one thing I am waiting for the most impatiently has to be the Tomb of Horrors adventure. Tidbits I have read about it indicate it is going to be exactly what I want for my group(s) when they hit high paragon.

I only have the PhB 1/2, MM 1/2, and DMG 1. I would like more but I don't have the money at this time and things cost sooo much.
I'm thinking about getting AV 1/2, and maybe DMG 2. Are they any good?

I'd buy the core rulebooks and its sequels, adventure modules, setting books and the fluff books (Open Grave, Draconomicon, Plane Below, Underdark etc.) in that order.

I'll pass on the splatbooks and the annuals. ;)

I've bought every book released so far except for the Dragon Magazine Annual, and I plan on buying all of the new books except for the Player's Strategy Guide and probably the Dungeon Magazine Annual (I'd probably buy it if one of my adventures makes it! :)). I'm really excited about the forthcoming DM books, especially The Plane Below, Underdark, and The Plane Above.

I bought the core three, but I don't think I'll buy anything from now on besides miniatures, fluff books and adventures. Why buy player oriented new material when you only need to look it up when creating a new character, and you get all the rules through the character builder?

But I love my manual of the planes, and I'll probably love the underdark and elemental chaos books when they come out too. I've been collecting all the adventures, and I will pick up Hammerfast when it comes out as well. I'm a big fan of the new cosmology and the campaign setting elements that aren't bound to a particular campaign world.
