If not for Jeremy Irons I would vote for Street Fighter, but he was in the D&D movie and was incredibly bad literally could not stomach watching the movie while he was on screen, so the D&D movie losses this match. That's not to say of course that anyone can win such a contest.

I'd consider watching D&D again (only seen it once, on DVD), but not Street Fighter.

As a comparison, the Internet Movie Database lists Street Fighter at #48 in the Bottom 100 films. D&D isn't on the Bottom 100 list.

Street Fighter (1994)

Dungeons & Dragons (2000)

The only thing my friends and I liked about the Street Fighter movie was when Bison (R. Julia) was talking to Chun-Li (M. Na).

Bison: "For you, the death of your father was the most significant and traumatic day of your life. For me...it was Thursday."

I don't think there is anything about the D&D movie any of us recall specifically. :)

LOL! That's actually a pretty funny line. :D

Pretty interesting discussion, though. It's like arguing about which turd in the toilet bowl will float to the top, first. Ah, if only one could flush the memory of those two movies from ones mind as easily as one can flush said turds down the toilet. :(

D&D is easily worse.

Street Fighter was pretty much saved because of Raul Julia. He didn't make it a stellar film by any means (it still suchs pretty hard), but it was tolerable.

The D&D movie tried. Admittedly, it tried in the same way that Galen tried to write about human anatomy, but it wanted to be good and without the source material for comparison might have been merely mediocre.

Streetfighter, on the other hand, I can't begin to take seriously. I regard it as even less faithful to the original, and I've never even played Streetfighter. There are scenes in there that are like Chris Tucker in Fifth Element - they're trying to be funny but they're just annoying. Except Tucker was good in Fifth Element. Plus I can't remember much fighting or streets, just a speedboat. Most of the rest is burned from my memory.

So Streetfighter is the worse movie. By quite a distance, in my book. I gotta find that anime.
