OK, I have added another ranking:

Expanded Psionics Handbook: - Probably
D&D Map Folio I: - Yes, I'm a map nut
Complete Divine: - Yes, the completist in me will get it
Eberron Campaign Setting: - No, no time for another setting I won't use
Planar Handbook: - Probably
Races of Stone: - No, I don't use race books
D&D Map Folio II: - Yes, see above
D&D Basic Set: - ebay
Monster Manual III: - Yes, completist again
Frostburn : - Maybe / ebay
Eberron Whispers of the Vampire's Blade: - No, won't be getting Eberron
Special Edition Player's Handbook: - ebay
Libris Mortis The Book of Undead: - Probably
Shining South: - Yes, I have all the FR books, even though I rarely play in FR
Complete Arcane: - Yes, completist
Sharn : City of Towers: - No, won't be getting Eberron
Races of the Wild: - No, I don't use race books

Of course, any of these "no" answers might change depending upon the reviews, the pictures and how useful they are in my gaming.

Only the Expanded Psionics Handbook. Maybe the Eberron Campaign Setting, but this is a really big maybe because I don't think it's my kind of setting. Just like Dragonlance and Forgotten Realms aren't my kind of setting :p

The maps and Libris are likely, but I won't know until I see them. The completes? they better be better than the warrior book.

I have too much stuff as is, and have not used alot of what I have. The Complete and Races books will have to be *real* useful for me to buy. I bought the 3.0 series of class books, and was incredibly disappointed. Complete Warrior is not useful to me, so the outlook looks dim at this point for the others. (Prestige classes just aren't big in my game, and neither are narrowly focused feats.) I really don't want/need more monster books, so that kinda shoots MMIII and the Undead book down. No interest in Ebberon. No interest in glossy maps, I'd rather draw my own (it's part of the reason I DM). No Psi in my game, and not much (well, OK, none) plane hopping either.

As far as the special ed PHB, it would be nice to have another copy at the table. If the price is OK, and the errata is folded in, I may go for it.

No psi in my game, probably no plane hopping, hate FR, and run my own setting. Don't need more races, don't need another PHB, even with a shiny new cover. Also, I'm pretty "back to basics" when it comes to monsters, so another monster manual, with even more obscure and weird monsters, doesn't float my boat too much.

I run a largely divine game, so I might pick up complete divine, and arcane is outlawed IMC, so probably not complete arcane, unless it has some really good stuff in it for baddies. I will almost definitely buy Librum Mortis, bad latin and all, since the flip side of running a divine campaign is that it is also a heavily undead campaign... lots of the walking dead in my world, which is why the players went divine in the first place. It will have to be at least a little better than Undead, Slayer's Guide to Undead, The Complete Monstrous Compendium of Undead, or the Lich and Vampire Books, though. I've been holding off on all of them for a while, just to see which one is the best...

As far as the map folios go, I like the idea, but wish they were going to have some more new content. I have broadband and a color printer with glossy paper; I can print out everything they have ever posted on their web site if I really want it in hard copy. I've already downloaded most of them, anyway.
