YES - Expanded Psionics Handbook, Complete Divine, Complete Arcane

All three == rules expansions, rather than setting expansions. Like Complete Warrior enough to give WotC benefit of doubt on next two.

PROB'LY - Eberron Campaign Setting, Planar Handbook

If Planar Handbook == Manual of the Planes, forget it. Hoping it isn't. Eberron, who isn't going to buy this? It may suck, but odds seem good it won't.

MAYBE - Frostburn, Libris Mortis

If they're good. But they don't look it, so far. Don't own Draconomicon, either.

PROB'LY NOT - Eberron Whispers of the Vampire's Blade, Shining South, Sharn (City of Towers), D&D Map Folio I/II/3-D, Races of Stone, D&D Basic Set, Monster Manual III, Special Edition Player's Handbook, Races of the Wild

Don't really catch my fancy. Maybe when they come out, I'll see something that elevates them to buy. Maybe not.

NO - none.

I try not to be so sure ahead of time :)

Expanded Psionics Handbook: Probably; decision based on the SRD update.
D&D Map Folio I: Nope. Useless to me.
Complete Divine: Nope. Not OGC.
Eberron Campaign Setting: Nope. Too cheesed.
Planar Handbook: Nope. Not OGC.
Races of Stone: Nope. Not OGC.
D&D Map Folio II: Nope. Useless to me.
D&D Basic Set: Nope. No interest.
Monster Manual III: Nope. Not OGC.
Frostburn : Nope. Not OGC.
Eberron Whispers of the Vampire's Blade: Nope. More cheese.
Special Edition Player's Handbook: Haven't heard of this, but will likely hinge on OGC-ness of anything added.
Libris Mortis The Book of Undead: Nope. Not OGC.
Shining South: Nope. Not OGC.
Complete Arcane: Nope. Not OGC.
Sharn : City of Towers: Nope. Not OGC.
Races of the Wild: Nope. Not OGC.
Map Folio 3-D: Nope. Useless to me.

Expanded Psionics Handbook: Yes, I love psionics and everything I’ve seen so far makes me think this will be the best implementation yet.
D&D Map Folio I: Yawn, doesn’t take long to make a map.
Complete Divine: Yes, Complete Warrior was a great book and I’m hoping for more.
Serpent Kingdoms: Maybe, there is an area of my homebrew I could use this for.
Eberron Campaign Setting: Maybe if one of my friends decides they want to run an Eberron game. Although it does look very interesting to me, we all tend to run homebrews and I just can see buying a product to not use it.
Planar Handbook: Yes, most definitely.
Races of Stone: Yes, I’m always looking for ways to flesh out the humanoids and make them distinct and this kind of product helps that. Add the fact that I’m currently running a dwarf in a game and this seems like a good investment.
D&D Map Folio II: Still no.
D&D Basic Set: No, I’m too advanced for that!
Monster Manual III: Maybe, I find that the Monster Manual has so many good monsters and books like Fiend Folio and Monster Manual II have a few gems but a lot of trash as well. Will probably flip through one first before I decide.
Frostburn: Nope.
Eberron Whispers of the Vampire's Blade: No, even if I was playing in an Eberron campaign, I don’t see why I would buy an adventure module.
Special Edition Player's Handbook: No, I’m special already.
Libris Mortis The Book of Undead: Yes, I loved the Draconomicon and I really dig on undead.
Shining South: Nope.
Complete Arcane: Yes, character options are a good thing.
Sharn : City of Towers: If I was playing in an Eberron campaign and if it was centered around Sharn and if the information in the book was useful to a player without giving away DM plots I might buy it. So pretty much a no.
Races of the Wild: Yes, I have some interesting elven elements in my campaign and I’m sure I’d get at least a few gems from this.
Map Folio 3-D: Maybe, while drawing a 2D map is quick and easy, making 3D models is most definitely not quick and easy. We use miniatures and I love props. I will have to wait and see what comes out of this product.
