None.

We use psionics in one game, but it's a specialized campaign.

While I like the complete books and setting material, I find most of these to be a little too outside of core for my taste.

I voted Invocations since I do use DM and CA.

I also voted Psionics, but I only use the XPH. CP was totally for the birds and people who don't mind buying poorly edited books.

I've only used psionics and martial stances so far. I'd love to incorporate every one of these options into my games.

edit: I didn't see invocations the first time through. I have a warlock in my game, so invocations yes!

So far, only Warlock invocations have seen use, but I have Magic of Incarnum, and someone else has Tome of Battle, and we both have Tome of Magic, so those all might see some use down the line.

Incarnum is my favourite option that I haven't gotten to use yet.

It took me a long time to get into Incarnum. It's the fact that in order to understand how one of those classes works, you really have to read all of the soulmelds that each class grants because they can access all of them. Now that I've done that, I think it's a really cool system. It's just that the learning curve was a bit imposing to start with.
