I allow everything, but my players like to stick to basics for some reason. It's actually pretty cool because I can bust out crazy stuff they're not familiar with and they're forced to think on their toes.
 

Everything but Psionics, but that's because none of the PC's are using it. My next campaign will be using some options you didn't list, like Recharge magic.

I do, too. And I have the same problem. The next campaign I run, I'm gonna shove so many options at them they'll HAVE to try something new!

All except psionics are in use in theory. In practice, IIRC only ToB is actually being used by any characters.

I've used psionics for decades, literally, in all incarnations.

I did not wantto intro TOB at first but I picked up TOB recently and I like it. Not sure if it is overpowered yet, but it is a big change. I am growing a character form 1st on slowly and trying outthe ruels. i think overall they will find a permenat place in my game.
