I'd have to say my group is the Sopranos. Ok, we aren't too bad, but, quite a bit of the time, there are a few...secrets going around the table, and they usually involve someone trying to get something for themself, or messing up another person, or something like that. One of the best 'laugh out loud for no reason events' happened not too long ago. We just started a new campaign, and all our characters were in the town of Ether looking for a little work and gold. We decided to stop by the tavern for a early afternoon drink (hey, who doesn't?). When we got in there, there was a giant bar fight going on. Findel (elven ranger) ignores it all and goes to a table in the corner, sits down, and starts eating food off a plate that was there. Myself (Pervilious) and another character jump into the fray for some fighting fun. He knocks a guy out, and i bullrush someone on the other side of the room (just to use Imp. bullrush). I completely smash him with a very high roll, and he goes completely unconscious. We leave him lying there. A while later, we go to a merchant looking to have his caravan guarded to the city of Winonan (hey, guarding caravans is every 1st lvl chars dream!...isn't it?). The table was loud, and my char didn't feel like sitting around listening to them talk about whether to do this. I say to the DM "OK! Where do we meet and when!" "By the city gate late this afternoon" he replies. I leave. No other character realizes i left (they were busy arguing). It's just the DM and i talking, no one is paying attention. I go back to the tavern, and ask if the unconscious man is still there. He is. So i kill him (char is evil), chop him up, put him in a serving bowl, and place the bowl on the table where Findel was sitting not too long ago. Well, the rest of the group finally realizes i leave, and they eventually make it to the tavern. Findel, like himself, sits down and orders some meat. The tavern keeper gives him the meat and says "Here ya go. I found it on the back table where you were sitting yesterday. It smells a little funny, and doesn't look too good, but you can have it if you want." Findel eats it....all of it. Apparently he didn't see the bloody stain on the floor, or the fact that the unconscious man was missing. I just look at the DM and we both burst out laughing. No one else knows what is going on (i tell them, out of game, later) and are sort of worried why we are laughing like crazy. Another character asks Findel for some meat. Findel says "No! I ate it all! The meat is all mine!" DM and I continue to laugh like crazy.
Once they finally found out what had happened, it developed into a in-game thing. One character made me promise to bake him into a cake when/if he died.
