i haven't gamed since June.

Well, that would be relevant if adventuring parties were ever attacked by, like, contiental drift or adventure seeds ("Look out Aaragorn! It's a meme!")

I don't know what kinda crack-pot game you're playing, but MY PCs have learned to fear "The Drift," and nothing, I tell you sir, nothing, is worse than a rampaging meme. Unless maybe it's a rampaging youyou.

I see no problem with an "idea" author and a "mechanics" author.
Not only that, I would see this as the better approach. Certainly everyone has strengths and weaknesses and "idea" people are often not as good with "mechanics" and the other way around. Teaming up in this way means to improve strengths and remove weaknesses, which results in an all around better product. There certainly are some examples for this, where it would have helped a lot. :)

This thread is . . .

I havent been able to game since July. So sue me. Actually, I don't force people to play with me. I want them to make the choice where they want to play or not. Usually they already have, and conjoling others to play is counter productive.

I guess I can't manipulate people very well. :( Anyway, I'm a game designer, and I hope to start an acting career soon. :)
