But Dragon's Tail Cut is dead as a doornail, so they say, which I guess means there's three vocal customers with an awful lot of pull in the WotC offices. I really want to meet these three.

Nothing then, can you name enough people that it will actually make a difference?

That is the point just because very few can interject in EVERY post that they hate X does not make X a bad option for the majority. Or a reason why a publisher would want to listen.

"Make a difference" was your phrase. If I have to start explaining your own words to you, we're really not going to have time for me to explain why the words WotC chooses make a difference.

Plenty of people is what Rich mentions, which I tend to equate with a lot. I agree that Dragon's Tail Cut sounded stupid but are you really going to waste your time in every thread saying Dragon's Tail Cut is the suck? And the ones that do that consistently are less than two handfuls. So yes, plenty makes a difference. A few, not so much. Since you seem hellbent on attacking, more power to you. I won't waste my time.
