Who is John Welker?

I read a 'review' posted at RPGNow today, by one John Welker. He said he'd bought Tournaments, Fairs, & Taverns (one of E.N. Publishing's books), but his computer crashed so he couldn't read it. He said he was going to buy it again, but I was hoping I could catch him before he did that, and just send him a new copy. Anyway, I thought RPGNow had some system that you could download it again if the first time didn't work.

Can anyone help me (and John) out?

Yes it does. Or, at least, I have used some sort of "give me the download link again" feature there at least once.

I hope you reach John before he pays for it again.
