Who is the coolest death god(dess)?

Vol. (not really a God, I know).
But the whole religion is wonderful as a new spin on a death/blood/necromantic religion.
Death is an evil that has been cast on the mortals by the so called "good" gods. Life, while temporary, is the only true good in the world, thus we revere blood itself; life incarnate. The only way to cheat death is through unlife, so we raise our champions as undead warriors to challenge the gods to end the evil of death.

Wee Jass does nothing for me and I prefer Myrkul over Kelemvor the werepanther fighter.

In the Greyhawk pantheon, I like me some Wee Jas.
In Forgotten Realms, I like Kelemvor for his backstory, but I've gotta go with Jergal for the win.
Anubis and Osiris are favorites, as is Anwyn.

Kelemvor (LN): Fate and death. (Faerun)
Jergal (LN): Recordkeeper of death. (Faerun)
Velsharoon (NE): Necromancy, undeath. (Faerun)
Anubis (LN): Judgement of the dead. (Egypt)
Nephtys (CG): Protector of the dead. (Egypt)
Osiris (LG): He’s dead, and he rules over the dead. (Egypt)
Nerull (NE): Death and murder with a scythe. (Greyhawk)
Wee Jas (LN): Death, magic, and vanity. (Greyhawk)
Hades (NE): Death, the underworld and wealth. (Greece)
Odin (NG): Brings fallen warriors to Valhalla. (Norse)
Hel (NE): Half-beautiful, half-ugly child of Loki and a giantess. (Norse)
Personally, I love Wee Jas. I like Odin a lot.

Honestly, most if not all of the deities that rule over the Death domain have little of interest or innovation about their design. They are either dispassionate arbiters of the cycle of existence, or wicked purveyors of the scourge of Undeath, and are not fleshed out past those basic archetypes. Wee Jas is the closest to being unique, however.
