Who pays for your group's "Party Leader" t-shirt?

Each Player must buy his/her own t-shirts. But we all chip in for the red NPC shirts for the DM, because he goes through so many. Maybe we should make him pay for them himself, that way maybe he'll tone down the killing of our hirelings.

I have never in my life heard of this practice. I know for a fact if anyone in my group showed up wearing a shirt like this the rest of the group would laugh him out of the zip code.
