Brew plant ->
Consumption facilities ->
Sanitation/waste disposal ->
Sleeping quarters.

Excellent. Don't forget storage, packaging and distribution. I would think that some sharp axes and strong backs would be needed in the forests to cut wood for the brewing/barrel process, too!
