Who's from the UK?

I'm 32, married, teach Law in London. Been RPing around 21 years now, and my main gameworld Ea is 19 years old. Just started my new 'Lost City of Barakus' D&D campaign and enjoying it a lot. :)

edit: I'm from Ulster, where my good friend Upper_Krust labours eternally over The Immortals Handbook in the Stygian Pits (aka North Belfast). I have 6 goldfish and 1 remaining koi carp in my pond (a cat got the other koi). I have 2 cats, believed innocent. :)

I'm in Cambridgeshire. One of the dozens of small places dotted over the county is my home. Not originally from the UK but from South Africa, and I've been living here for far too long.

Started gaming ages ago in the early 80's but stopped just before 2nd Edition came out. I've returned with 3e, but I strictly play online in PbP games, one which I DM and two where I play in. With a wife and two kids I don't have the time to consider playing over the table.

I'm 30, watch a lot of movies, enjoy sports (cricket, squash and rugby), can't stand football (no comment!), but spend most of my free time playing with my kids or writing posts for my PbP games. I'm an electronic engineer by trade, have a cat that loves to pee on the carpet and is this close to getting kicked out, don't smoke, don't drink that much either, and I like classical music and punk/rock type stuff as well.

Bags I get to be the expat Oz yob.

Hi All. Born in Kent, raised in Essex, Uni in London, currently living in Nuneaton (near Coventry and Birmingham) with my beautiful fiance and commuting down to London to work for a major video game company for whom I'm a junior game designer. 26 years old, been playing RPGs since I was about 11, but only discovered D&D in the last 3 or 4 years or so. Generally DM, but aside from the usually snowed under with real life afforementioned fiance, I got no players.

I'm 39 and live in Reading with my wife and no children - though there is one on the way. I work as an IT contractor, currently for O2 in Slough.

I've been playing role-playing games for over twenty years. I have a regular group that meets on Monday nights. We normally play D&D, but have recently started The Complete Masks of Nyarlathotep using Cthulhu D20. I usually DM, only occasionally playing.

I maintain an online D&D/D20 Index at www.juicymango.co.uk/dndindex.

Well, I'm American, but the wife was born in Croyden(sp?) in/near London. She doesn't post, but she is gamer and now living in Miami, Fl in the US. That count? :)

living in hampshire at the minute, 18 years old, and moving up to Gloucester (probably) for university in september, to do Journalism and Creative Writing. I've been playing since I was about 12, obviously started with 3E. Unless you count BG and PST. I play too many video games, read too much and need to find more people to game with...

Well I'm 35 and tragically single, and living in Hounslow in an end of terrace house that I've converted from three-bedrooms to one bedroom by the simple method of filling two of the bedrooms with crap. (Strictly speaking, once I get my current building work out of the way, it should change back to being a two-bedroomed house with a boxroom).

I've been roleplaying for about two-thirds of my life (I'm not going to put that in years, because it will be a really big number, and then I'll start getting depressed about being old in a "I've been roleplaying longer than some of you guys have been alive!" kind of way) and have achieved a little success in the writing field by writing RPG humour stuff.

In my day job I'm a computer programmer working on financial applications in the City, which is about as fun as it sounds.

Oh, and I like going to Irish roleplaying conventions. If you're a roleplayer and you live in the UK then you must, must, must try going to an Irish roleplaying convention. I can't praise them enough.

I've been roleplaying longer than you've been alive! :(

I'm from Cambridgeshire (the town of St. Neots to be exact). I'm 31 years of old and I've been roleplaying since I was introduced to it proper in 1987. Started with WFRP and Call of Cthulhu before D&D and Vampire took over my life. :)

I'm a big movies fan, play VTES (Vampire the Eternal Struggle CCG) when I can, and love rock and metal, but like anything other than hip hop/dance.
