I rolled out my throwing seeker the other day and it's a ton of fun, but it's not a Wizard. What it did do is make the Defender danged sexy when I joined him in melee, and that was a Paladin. I'd love to try him out with a fighter or Swordmage w/ White Lotus Riposte and Booming Blade.
