Since humans are not in fact robots, yes, what the individual juror determines is "beyond a reasonable doubt" is entirely within their purview. The judge may explain what "reasonable doubt" means, legally, and what the judge expects of them...but it's still up to the individual juror to decide. They don't slot a reason and logic chip into jurors when they are put on a jury. So you're dealing with 12 random yahoos off the street that weren't smart enough to get out of jury duty. This is wildly off topic, btw.All that snark aside, do you mean to tell me that "beyond a reasonable doubt" is determined by jurors indulging their personal preferences?
