<giggle> What a great way to start off my Monday. Thanks for the laugh, Razz.

Oh, and Elvis is alive & well. He fathered my three-headed alien love child.
Actually he is alive and well, he lives 3 doors down from me. Has an RV and everything with his picture on it.
And you know a Elvis 3-Headed Alien Love Child would be a hit a GenCon.

But in all honesty, if I flew over to Hasbro's Corporate offices and said I want to buy D&D for $xx million. They would very quickly go over the numbers.

Um...

You do realize that the implication here, given that we know Elvis was human, is that you're the three-headed alien half of the equation?

:D

Apparently, I keep hearing that Hasbro has the D&D line up for sale. That it has been up for sale for quite sometime, ever since they bought WotC it seems.

If D&D is doing so well, as stated constantly over and over by WotC, then why is it up for sale?

That has been a rumour for years and unfounded at that. The D&D brand name is incredibly profitable with the miniatures line and novels.

You should plan to have the child early and bring it to GenCon. The event of the convention!

Of course we know you won't because if you were to bring your three-headed alien love child to GenCon, you will have confirmed that D&D is for sale.

Well it wasn't a link to anything. I have a friend who surfs for information on Hasbro and WotC and the D&D franchise and he's been saying each time I've hung out with him (which isn't often, busy schedules and all) that Hasbro grabbed WotC only for its popularity and great sales on MtG and Pokemon and that they've put D&D up for sale for quite a long while.

Apparently, he says it's up for sale for approximately $75 million.

HAHAHAHAH. That is more than they paid for WOTC!!!
