D&D 5E Wild Shape - What beasts have you seen before?

So I went mostly with UA now:
- 3 beasts at level 2 from the table (so no giant versions)
- 1 extra beast from the table per level
- everything not in the table (including giant versions) needs to be encountered and studied
- advantage on ability check to learn to wild shape into a "giant" version of a beast when you can already wild shape into the normal version

Thanks all for the inspiration.
