Just wanted to say that I've finished reading it and really like it. Good work guys.

One question for RW though. How did you see Jibber Jabba being used when you created it?

Jibber Jabba has a lot of uses, since it's a bard spell (kind of like a jack of all trades spell).
  • The first usage basically gives you and your allies a secret language that is nearly indecipherable. You and some of your allies have a language that only you can understand, allowing you to discuss things in secret without being overheard.
  • The second usage is a bit more disruptive. You can cast it against some members of your enemy, dividing them so half the group can't understand the other half. This would cut down on some maneuvers that your enemies could take. There should be errata, since jibber jabba's save is not harmless. Better yet, cast jibber jabba on yourself and some of the badguys, so you can understand their tactics, but they can't.
  • Other usages might involve embarrassment (make the politician unable to talk to his constituents), disruption (convince the villagers that their shaman is speaking with devils, using a bizarre, alien language), or disguise (increase by +20 the DC to identify any spells you cast).

It's a fun little spell, basically making you talk like Mr. T, only far far worse. :)

That was the first use I thought of.

So that's why it's Jibber Jabba instead of Jibber Jabber.

Yeah, I'm not sure if I want to let my Wild Mage find that spell (bard-only? even better). It's already bad enough that the Xaositect Minotaur has Babble 1/day...

But I second the notion: Good book!

No worries of that, it is a bard spell (2nd level).

Can you guys inform somebody out of the loop? Is this a new supplement online or offline?

It's a supplement written by RangerWickett (aka Ryan Nock). It is produced by Natural 20 Press, which is run by Morrus and RangerWickett (and others I assume). In any case the link to it is here. I can easily say that it is worth the $5 (although it is about to increase in price to $6.95).

Clever stuff and if you miss the old wild mage, then [jedi mind trick motion] you must purchase this product[/jedi mind trick motion].
